Step 1. Free Initial In‑Person Consultation


This consultation can happen naturally at a wedding event or by scheduling a dedicated meeting. I view this as your opportunity to interview me as your potential photographer.


During our time together, you’ll be able to:

  • Ask detailed questions about my services
  • Share your vision and expectations for your wedding day
  • Review my portfolio and discuss style preferences

Step 2. Ready to Book? Here’s What Happens Next


  1. Wedding Contract – Sent via email for your review and completion.
  2. Reservation Retainer – A $250 non‑refundable invoice will be issued through Square. This secures your date.
  3. Wedding Photography Questionnaire – Delivered to you for completion, helping me tailor my approach to planning your unique day.


Step 3. Planning & Coordination


Once all documentation is finalized, I’ll follow up with you to begin planning.


This includes:

  • Developing a detailed photography timeline
  • Coordinating with your wedding planner or venue
  • Ensuring every important moment is thoughtfully captured
